We at Knox Fit Pvt Ltd use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

PT Session/LAB* class Cancellation requires a minimum of 8 hours notice, failing which the session will be charged as a ‘no show.’

Freezing Charges for PT packages are INR 999++ for 15 days (applicable only for the 30 session pack) after which INR 999++ will be charged per week to keep the package frozen.

Freezing Charges for LAB* packages are INR 999++ for 15 days (applicable for the unlimited packages) after which INR 499++ will be charged per week to keep the package frozen.

PT Package Transfer Charges are INR 4999/-, following which the client can transfer his/her balance sessions to any new or existing Knox client.

Membership rates are revised every financial year.

The studio does not offer any refund or cancellation for membership fees or any services provided by the studio, except as required by law.
